Return Conditions

  1. Request Period:

    • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.
  2. Product Condition:

    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.
    • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return, except in cases of defects.
  3. Accepted Reasons for Returns:

    • Defective or faulty product.
    • Incorrect item delivered.
    • Dissatisfaction or change of mind within the legal 7-day cooling-off period for online purchases.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us:

    • Email usa@armoredfx.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product if applicable.
  2. Approval and Instructions:

    • Our team will review your request within 5 business days and provide instructions for returning the product.
  3. Shipping Costs:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defect in the product.

Refund Conditions

  1. Approval of Return:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.
  2. Refund Methods:

    • Credit Card Purchases: Refunds will be issued to the original card within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your card provider.
    • Bank Transfer or Direct Payment: Refunds will be made to the bank account provided by the customer within 7 business days.
  3. Exceptions:

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defective product.

Exchanges

  • If you’d prefer to exchange the item instead of returning it, please contact us to check product availability. Exchange requests follow the same timeline and conditions as returns.
